I don’t support that kind of low, blindside blocking but how often does a QB ever throw a block? Coaches sure as hell don’t want their QBs throwing blocks in practice. You lose either way in that kind of play… either don’t make the block or try to block the only way you know how and potentially look like a jackass doing it like Trent Green or Brett Favre did.
